. HR Assistants:
- Provide effective ongoing support in addressing personnel MS HR queries by working closely with MS Operations Manager and Country HR Manager if required.
- Communicate to MS new HR personnel and advise what information available in current company policies. Seek for further approval / confirmation from the management for new issues.
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel files MS / including labor contract, contact and other related paperwork /.
- Manage and implement a sound employee relations environment by planning, developing and implementing fair and competitive HR policies and procedures, MS personnel compensation, benefit and welfare programs.
- Promote and maintain good employees' morale, efficiency and productivity through effective counseling performance Appraisal system and MS personnel welfare and recreation programs.
- Maintain good communication with MS personnel and recognition programs to build a well-informed workforce and rewarding direct contribution to the organization.
- Manage HR information system to provide information / personnel contacts and feedbacks etc MS / MS Operations Manager to assist to proactively and effectively manage personnel MS.
- Contribute to the profitability of the company by adhering to the department's operating budget and controlling employee activity expense budget.
- Evaluate needs of HR trainings to MS personnel; develop, recommend and implement training programs accordingly.
- Continuous review of HR and administration processes, systems and procedures to ensure that they are relevant to customer's needs and are cost effective.
- Assist MS MS Operation Manager deals with personnel issues disciplinarily etc.
- Assist MS Operations Manager to develop a motivated, quality and service-focused personnel MS.
- Ensure proactive, constant and friendly engagement with MS personnel on all levels through regular interaction with MS personnel and communication activities.
- Ensure that MS personnel work environment and facilities are functioning and Positively contributes to MS personnel morale and productivity.
- Under direction of MS Operations Manager inform / remind about MS personnel necessary to renew annual Health Check for MS personnel or receive recommended vaccinations.
- Under direction of MS Operations Manager MS personnel organize and attend meetings, team buildings and other required events Company.
- Effectively implement and monitor programs for Online Learning MS personnel.
- Assist Operations Manager to collect MS / communicate HR related information from / to MS personnel.
- Review monthly timesheets with MS's personnel appointment forms, check them with MS and MS roster allowance policies, and submit to MS Operations Manager for approval.
- Review MS's business trips personnel expense claims, check with MS roster, Vietnam Travel policies and MS allowance policies, and submit to MS Operations Manager for approval.
- Maintain up to date accurately and MS personnel contact information.
- Maintain list of personnel issued to MS: stamps, name cards, name tags, social insurance cards etc.
- Participation on Take Basic Induction Training to deliver new MS medical personnel and Annual Refresh Training personnel to existing MS.
- Promote company as an employer of choice in Vietnam.
- Ensure that HR policy and practices are in line with employment laws in Vietnam.
- Develop network with HR practitioners and the industry to learn and implement best HR practices and competitive HR programs.
2. Recruitment Assistance:
- Accountable for the recruitment of new personnel department for MS; recruitment process by ensuring suitable and innovative methods for Recruiting, screening, selecting and hiring personnel department that meet MS requirements in both costing and time effective way.
+ Find, interview potential new candidates as per defined recruitment process MS
+ Monitor recruitment process from ast probation report stage up to completion.
+ Organize Tiếng Việt training course to high potential candidates if required to build pipeline for selection
- Maintain a pool of potential candidates for MS and keep in touch with candidates.
- Perform exit interview as per guideline.

3. Other:
- Ensuring good communication with all other company departments (Marketing, Finance, Administrative department, Clinics, Alarm center, HR, Medical direction etc)
- Notify immediately MS Operations Manager of any complaints or possible complaints.
- Report accidents and incidents immediately to MS Operations Manager and submit the appropriate Incident Report Form.
- Maintain confidentiality of MS personnel information, company clients and business.
- Maintain safety policy and Environmentally friendly facility at all times.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanness in MS office and associated area.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with Company Disciplinary procedures with regards safety in the office at all time.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork, good communication and cooperation with MS and other MS Department personnel as well as all other departments.
- Attends training and meetings as and when required.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the MS Operations Manager to support MS and HR objectives.

1. Prerequisites Qualifications/ Trainings - Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related fields. - Certificates in HR practices, Vietnam Labor Code Understanding. - Excellent computer skills. 2. Required Skills/ Knowledge - Excellent communication skills. - Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Code. - Good organizing and planning skills / negotiation skills / Customer focused with good customer-handling skills. - Attention to details and problem solving approach. - Multi tasking capabilities to accommodate a multi-unit organization - Ability to interact with various cultures and all levels in a Multinational environment. - Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast paced environment / maintain strict confidentiality. - Able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times / friendly, Tactful attitude to colleges and employees. - Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. - Will demonstrate initiative / demonstrate good team work with other personnel. - Will demonstrate punctuality and good attendance / neat and clean personal appearance. 2. Required Work Experience - At least 3 years' proven success in HR management. Thorough, diverse experience in all areas of HR. - Experience in recruitment and recruitment market. 3. Required Languages - Proficient in and Vietnamese Tiếng Việt 4. Travel Requirements - Occasional travel may require. 5.
